Your home is inside one of the two mapped areas that are already scheduled for collection so you do NOT need to complete the sign-up form.  Just set your cans out BEFORE 6:00 am on Monday April 22nd in a VISIBILE location and bizras Hashem our truck will collect it sometimes before the evening.
